Swiftazu ("we", "us") operates a multi-tenant platform used by independent shipping companies. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and how carrier data stays isolated from one another.

• Account and company details (name, contact, business registration)
• Order, shipment and payment records
• Device and log data (IP address, browser, access times)

• Operate and improve the platform
• Process orders, payments and settlements
• Communicate service updates and support responses
• Meet legal and regulatory obligations

Every shipping company's data is scoped to that company alone. No carrier can see another carrier's merchants, orders, drivers or financial records — this isolation is enforced at the database level, not only in the interface.

We encrypt data in transit and at rest, restrict internal access by role, and monitor for unauthorized activity. No system is completely immune to risk, and we continue to invest in reducing it.
